Couples Counseling Associates

Cost using insurance

Bue Cross/Blue Shield PPO

We bill Blue Cross/Blue Shield only.

If you have Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO insurance, we bill your insurance directly. You are responsible for co-pays and deductibles

Other Insurance

For all other insurance, we can provide you with a statement that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement through your out-of-network provider benefits or your flexible spending account. You will need to pay for our services first, and then submit the statement we give you to your insurance company for reimbursement

Out of Pocket Cost

The fees for our services are:

$150 for a standard 50 minute session

$180 for a 75 minute session

$225 for a 90 minute session

Out of Pocket Extended Sessions

Extended or intensive couples sessions are also available for the convenience of couples who live or work out of town or who want to get more done in a shorter period of time. This option may also be a good choice for couples who can't schedule weekly sessions.

Please note: Insurance does not cover couples intensive sessions.

The cost of extended sessions is

Two hours $300

Three hours $450 (with break)

Four Hours $600 (with break)

All Day Weekend intensives are also available on Sundays only.
